Jon, we are seeing CDN banks fund search fund deals during Covid and deals are getting done. Banks are taking longer to approve and are doing more diligence but deals are still getting done and with good terms.

Hi Jon, in my recent experience bank lending in Canada has tightened a lot and they are not as open to funding searchers as they were pre-Covid. BDC and private lenders are more open to lending
