Great video thanks. For family owned businesses, I also like to ask if any other members of the family (wife, kids, siblings, parents) are involved or could become involved. This adds personal touch and also can inform the ownership succession planning angle (and thus seller motivation, if there is no one to own the business in the pipeline)
