These are some good niches. As John mentioned above, you will run into licensing issues, and in the case of Medical Waste Disposal, there are environmental laws and standards to follow too, that might cause massive issues in daily operations/Due Dilligence if the target company has not been following them. We had a local case in Chicago where a medical device cleaning company was found to be in violation of Clean Air Act standards (I believe), and it was a massive thing.

Much will depend on your, partners and investors background. You will limitations if you do not have a license if you are going into a practice area. This can be mitigated via an agreement with someone who already has. The other consideration is what is 'hot' and not and what role Covid has or has not influenced the niche area you are looking at. This will be relevant in assessing the business quality, past and future potential and finally what you would or could pay to achieve a targeted return.
