TPL Broker Referrals

Does anyone have suggestions for brokers that have a strong presence in the third party logistics space? I've found a couple, but think there have to be better ones out there. Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't assume that any one broker has a bead on the space, and if they do you'll pay a premium since they'll have developed a network of buyers. Not necessarily a bad thing if you're a differentiated owner somehow, but just be prepared.

I see random logistics companies all over the place (biz-buy-sell, Generational Equity, etc), but if you want a certain type of 3PL it might take some looking. A lot of what I see are small trucking companies with FedEx routes, or one-off warehouses without much tech backbone.

Stephen - We have an advisory practice in T&L but our deals tend to be larger than the Searchfund size. What types of deals in 3PL are you looking for? I've found that there are some guys with trucking companies but on the 3PL side from the broker size perspective, it's more scattered
