We are looking to connect with qualified operators who want to step into (or already are in) a President / CEO / GM role running a single business generating approximately $750k – $3M in EBITDA. What we’re looking for: Proven operators with real P&L ownership experience Leaders who want day-to-day operational control, not passive oversight Industry-agnostic (services, trades, consumer, B2B services, etc.) Florida-based or willing to relocate to South or Central Florida What we bring: Deal sourcing, diligence, and transaction execution Capital and investor relationships Long-term partnership mindset (not a flip-first model) Hands-on guidance and support from TPE’s experienced partners — you run the business, but you’re not on an island Our model is simple: we find and structure the deal, you run the business with our continued support, and incentives are aligned through meaningful equity participation.
