UK-based Land Promotion Company; currently approx 70m portfolio value

We have an agreement in principle to buy a majority equity stake (51%) of a UK-based Land Promotion Company (“Company”) for £15m. The Company is primed for a succession plan that will transition it from founder-led to a growth-oriented trading entity. Highlights: - Current portfolio valued at approximately £70m with further pipeline of c.£40m after fresh capital injection. - This transaction is a rare off-market opportunity that leverages our strategic advisory relationships, presenting a valuable entry point into a lucrative sector. - This opportunity is available at a valuation significantly lower than that of a recent private equity acquisition of a comparable competitor. We are looking at this via the Independent Sponsor model and would be keen to connect with investors interested in discussing further.
