My focus is on: Profitable asset backed UK businesses £500k to £5m EBITDA Conservative leverage and sensible covenants Clean historical trading performance rather than projection led cases Clear governance transparency and aligned risk sharing I am open to structured minority equity participation on a highly selective case by case basis where involvement is matched with appropriate downside protection and long term alignment.
