UK: enterprise IT services acquisition, advisor/operator?
Hi everyone, I’m part of a search fund group, we’re acquiring a UK enterprise IT remote-management business. £300k+ EBITDA, £2m+ rev with 100s of known B2Bs as clients. The business long-established, strong recurring revenue, blue-chip client base in regulated sectors, existing management team staying in place. Deal is in progress - nascent stages, backed by a board with real ETA and SME scaling experience. We’re evaluating an equity operating partner and/ advisor. **What this is:** a chance to own a meaningful stake in a profitable, established business from day one, and build a platform through further acquisitions -> not a startup, not a fundraise, not a "join my idea" pitch. **What it isn't:** a passive role or a quick flip. **Ideal traits:** * Sector familiarity in managed services, or b2b enterprise IT services * Operating maturity: you've managed IT delivery teams and delivered through other people * P&L ownership; owned the numbers, made the hard calls on pricing, margin and headcount * Sector familiarity in managed services, or enterprise IT services Please DM me through this platform if interested!
