I'm Alvin Narsey, and together with my partner Jaz Notay, we're focused on acquiring a UK-based food manufacturing business where an owner is looking for a thoughtful transition (retirement / motivated exit preferred).
What we're looking for:
UK-based ethnic and international food manufacturing (South Asian, African, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, Eastern European, etc.), plus other food manufacturing, co-packing, contract manufacturing, FMCG production, or food distribution businesses
Owner-managed situations where continuity and a smooth handover matter (retiring owner ideal)
Financials: £1m+ LTM (or adjusted/normalised) EBITDA
We're happy to work with brokers/intermediaries and directly with owners
What we offer:
A professional, straightforward process and responsive engagement
A buyer who prioritises protecting the business legacy, looking after employees, and maintaining customer service
Flexible deal structures where appropriate (e.g., phased transitions) to support a clean handover
Finder's fee: We pay a referral fee on closed transactions (terms negotiable and documented)
Know any brokers, intermediaries, or owners in this space? We'd really appreciate intros—especially if you've passed on a UK food manufacturing deal that might fit our buy box, know a business owner quietly exploring succession, or have off-market or confidential situations in play.
