UK Investor - Investing in a US LLC

We have a live deal where a UK based investor would like to invest in our U.S. based LLC and mentioned he'd be subject to double taxation given UK laws. We can't change our entity structure at this point but would like to accommodate him. Apparently, there is case reference for this issue - "Anson case". Has anyone faced this issue before and found a solution?
