At DentAlign Corp we intend to acquire mom & pop dental practices. We expect to achieve an exit in the following 5 years via strategic sale or IPO.
We are assembling our Board of Directors and we are actively seeking a non-executive industry expert in the dental industry in the UK. Founding Board members will be given equity and will never be asked to contribute capital.
