UK Search Fund Internship Application (Autumn 2026)

Perennia Capital is a traditional UK search fund supported by blue-chip search fund investors. I am seeking a cohort of interns on-site in London to gain experience and be part of the team focused on finding and acquiring a great business in the UK. This is a 3-month training internship starting on the 1st of September, a unique opportunity to work directly with me. It is an on-site internship so physical attendance is required. Responsibilities: - Research: Identify target industries and attractive niches, and develop an investment thesis - Sourcing: Pursue opportunities through proprietary outreach and broker channels - Deal Analysis: Review Investment Memorandums and learn how to evaluate deals - Modelling: Financial modelling, evaluating businesses based on our criteria - Documentation: Prepare materials for memos, presentations, and internal discussions Ideal Profile: - Undergraduate/Graduate student in the UK - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset - Curious to learn and open to feedback - Well-organised and analytical team player - Previous internships in consulting, banking or a startup are a plus - Experience with B2B Sales is a plus - Minimum commitment of 2 days in person (more is a plus) if you are enrolled in university.
