Grateful for any help mapping the market for investors who support the self-funded model in the UK....

Welcome any Family Offices in particular with experience with the model. Especially where they would sit alongside a cornerstone investor...

I too am going down the self funded route. For my part, I have been building up a list of friends and family outside the search space as my primary source of equity investors for my database. Should I require any gap investment I intend to reach out here to the community. There are lots of great search tools to identify investors and I would be inclined to reach out to those that have links to previously funded deals.
