Hi Andres - congrats on the LOI. As part of your DD, I suggest to do a deep dive in the Silicosis department...eg safety provisions in place ? / safety provision requirements in Georgia / is it a clean shop ? / are they cutting granite and engineered stone wet or dry ? / current worker health / past worker health workers comp claims / any past or pending OSHA issues ? ---- send over DM if questions arise and good luck...g
