Under LOI for plumbing/HVAC business, looking to connect with non-SBA financing sources

Hey everyone, I'm under LOI for a plumbing and HVAC business in the Northeast with a $6.7m EV and $1.7m of SDE. I'm a green card holder in the middle of the naturalization process so not eligible for SBA until that's done, but it's going to take another 2-3 months and I don't want to let this opportunity pass by without at least thoroughly looking for financing alternatives.
