Hello everyone,

I'm under LOI on a commercial millwork, custom cabinets and countertops company. I am working through the QofE due diligence and SBA (7a) loan process. Smaller self funded deal (1.5M). I'm also retaining one of the owners as a GM and a minority partner.

I would love to connect with anyone that has acquired a company in this space or has experience in the industry and willing to share insights.

Thank you everyone in advance.

Congrats on getting through the LOI phase ^redacted‌ - I've done a couple deals in similar spaces. Recently did a private label furniture manufacturer deal with a similar structure where we kept on the seller as a minority owner. Happy to chat and be a resource as needed. Shoot me a DM or email redacted

Given that you are getting SBA funding, I can help. For context, I co-founded Dealwise to be the easiest and fastest way to get an SBA loan for a business acquisition. In a nutshell, we connect borrowers and SBA 7(a) lenders, functioning as an automated loan broker. You can learn more here [https://godealwise.com/beacon]. Happy to chat!
