Golden Sands Equity: ETA Internship (Remote) Company Overview Golden Sands Equity is a search fund focused on acquiring and growing businesses. We seek highly motivated Undergraduate Interns to support deal sourcing, industry research, and investment analysis, offering firsthand exposure to private equity, search funds, and M&A. Interns will work closely with our team, gaining direct mentorship and contributing to investment research, deal sourcing, and industry analysis in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. ________________________________________ Role Overview This internship provides hands-on experience in market research, deal sourcing, investment analysis, and outreach. Interns will play a key role in building a robust deal pipeline by identifying acquisition opportunities and engaging with business owners and brokers. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Deal Sourcing: Build and maintain a deal pipeline through list building, cold calling, and email outreach. • Market Research: Identify acquisition targets and industry trends. • Investment Analysis: Evaluate business models, financials, and competitive positioning. • Networking: Engage with brokers, owners, and industry professionals to uncover opportunities. • Support the ETA Process: Gain exposure to deal evaluation, LOI creation, due diligence, and transaction structuring. ________________________________________ Who You Are We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented undergraduate student with strong analytical and communication skills.
