Underperforming Company Recap

Anyone here focusing on recaps of underperforming companies? I have a prospective client in the distribution space that is struggling to grow due to some onerous debt terms and in dire need of balance sheet clean up. Putting feelers out there to see if anyone here specializes in this as I contemplate taking it on. ~$10MM revenue., but history of up to $20MM.
