Urgent: Legal Help for Unresolved Business Acquisition

Hello Searchfunders, can someone recommend a post closing acquisition lawyer for a business that is not being turned over. to me the buyer. We've reached 90 days post close and still have nothing to show for it.

Unfortunately I have to post anonymously for obvious reasons.

I'm sorry, what happened? you bougt the business but they won't turn it over? That sounds like a nightmare. i'm so sorry to hear. It sounds like you need a trial lawyer?

I assume you were represented by counsel for the closing process. Discuss with them first about your post-closing remedies. Then determine whether to hire litigators.
