Seeking a highly motivated US-based student or early-career individual for a selective internship focused on deal origination, acquisition sourcing, and real-world M&A. You will work directly with experienced dealmakers who have completed multiple acquisitions and exits, including two 8-figure transactions. This is an opportunity to be involved in live deal flow across US opportunities, not theoretical work. What you’ll do: Follow our proven deal origination process. Source and screen acquisition targets across the United States, with a focus on B2B service businesses. Identify potential investors, lenders, and capital partners. Help identify operators to run acquired businesses. Support research and preparation for live opportunities. Work directly with principals on real deals. Requirements: US-based, student or early-career preferred. Strong interest in acquisitions, business buying, or entrepreneurship. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Able to commit approximately 5 to 10 hours per week and attend one weekly virtual meeting. Own computer and reliable internet. Ideal for candidates who want: Real M&A experience, not theory. Exposure to how deals are actually sourced, funded, and executed in the US market. Direct access to experienced dealmakers. Skills that set you apart in finance, private equity, or entrepreneurship. Important: This is a performance-based role. You will be expected to produce real outputs each week, not just complete tasks. Top performers may be offered ongoing work and greater involvement in live deals. Apply via form only: https://forms.gle/eNEtqTHNUBfYQeb39
