A lot of clients say 'there's so much we need to get done but I don't know what to make the priority." Just like a public company, the priority is to increase your value! I'm looking for test customers for a valuation based strategy tool I'm developing. The tool asks key company leaders to assess the company's performance on 49 different value drivers. My tool then tells you how many valuation dollars are on the table in your company's key functional areas.

The tool has applications for operators and searchers. For operators it gives you direction on how to maximize your value. For searchers, I see this is a first-in diligence tool. The seller deploys the tool on your behalf (which is super simple because its only key leaders filling out a 20 minute survey). You then can get a quick valuation of the business and where the warts, or opportunities, are.

Please let me know if you or someone in your network is interested in being a test customer. I'll place a few photos below so everyone can see an example of outputs using dummy data. I'm also taking suggestions for names! Right now I'm using 'ValuScan' but that sounds like its going to help you find bogo coupons.
