Venture debt for search acquisitions? – Special interest in self-funded

Has anyone here used a venture debt fund as part of the financing for a search fund acquisition? I'm especially interested in hearing from self-funded searchers. If you've used venture debt alongside bank debt, seller financing, and equity, I'd love to hear about your experience. In particular: Did it affect your equity contribution or cap table? Did it change your equity vesting or incentive structure? Any lenders you'd recommend? Thanks!
