We are raising capital to launch Asteria Air, a premium regional airline focused on underserved U.S. markets—places the majors have pulled out of, but where demand for high-quality service still runs deep.
We’re starting with turboprops and expanding into jets, offering a more comfortable, tech-enabled, and profitable approach to regional flying. If you remember what it felt like to fly Midwest Express, you get the vibe—we’re bringing that experience back, modernized for today.
Asteria Air is one of the first portfolio companies of the Asteria Group, a platform focused on aviation, travel, and transportation infrastructure—with long-term plans to vertically integrate across multiple parts of the value chain.
Key Highlights:
1. Premium seating & service: First-class style recliners up front, no middle seats, Starlink WiFi onboard
2. Underserved, high-yield markets: Smart routes in regions where the majors have left a void
3. Software-native airline: All core systems—ops, scheduling, booking—are being built in-house
4.Roll-up & verticalization strategy: Future acquisitions include ground handling, loyalty, catering, and aviation SaaS
Why now?
Regional air service is in retreat. Major carriers are cutting routes, and travelers are left with poor options. Asteria Air fills that gap with a modern premium brand, smart tech, and a proven path to profitability.
Founding Team:
- A former aviation consultant and multi-exit RevOps entrepreneur with experience building 7-figure firms and advising airports and airlines across the U.S.
- A veteran corporate pilot and former airport ops specialist with thousands of hours in business jets and operational experience on both sides of the cockpit door.
Use of Funds:
- Launch ops (ATR###-###-#### leases/purchases, certifications, crew)
- Internal tech development (ops & booking stack)
- Early charter and scheduled route deployment
We’re looking to connect with investors in the U.S. and globally who understand aviation, infrastructure SaaS, or Buy-and-Build strategies—and who want to help launch a differentiated, durable brand.
One-pager and expanded deck available.
