They get a lot of listings. Don’t expect the same level of diligence you see from other brokerages. And often if you have questions they’ll just put you in touch with the seller. That said, the less structured process could work out well if you happen across the right opportunity. Just takes a bit more sifting with the quality mix of their deals. I think it’s worth the $10/month in case you stumble across a gem.

This is exactly what I love about searchfunder. I think VBB's presentation and style are really weak, but good info that maybe I can find a gem if I dig.
