Zistos is a founder-led company operating at approximately $10M in revenue, serving defense, public safety, critical infrastructure, and industrial customers worldwide. We are not looking for a corporate executive, plant manager, administrator, or someone looking to manage an existing machine. We are looking for a builder. Someone who has: * Led a business or major business unit. * Owned a P&L. * Driven revenue growth, not just controlled costs. * Closed or helped close meaningful enterprise opportunities. * Built teams, systems, accountability, and operational cadence. * Operated successfully with limited resources and imperfect information. This role is designed for an executive who can spend the next 12–24 months working directly alongside the founders and current leadership team, with the potential to grow into the President role. The ideal candidate: * Thinks like an owner. * Creates order out of chaos. * Moves fast. * Is commercially minded. * Is operationally disciplined. * Embraces accountability. * Is comfortable in a high-intensity, entrepreneurial environment. The wrong candidate: * Needs layers of management. * Depends on large corporate infrastructure. * Is title-driven. * Wants to manage instead of build. * Has never carried meaningful responsibility for growth, execution, and results.
