Virtual Assistant Recommendations?

I'm looking through upwork for a virtual assistant for administrative work, lead gen, etc - anyone have a capable, part-time, contract-based virtual assistant they want to share? :) I've generally been focusing most of my search in the Philippines, but I'm open to looking in other budget-friendly places too...

I created a team of 4 assistants, and it takes work to optimize. But once process is set, they can train others as they leave and so on.
