I´m working with several buyers that are looking to leverage the real estate in order to finance the operating company. We have helped business buyers in 55 ocassions over the last 20 months, capitalise themselves through a real estate sale & leaseback of the target company as a way to buy it outright.

If you are analysing. company that has 2M+ in EBITDA and it has real estate in the balance sheet, the investors we work with will buy the real estate for an annualised rent multiple in between 12-16x (in most of USA/European/Canada) and you can use this capital to finance the acquisition.

Reach out to my personal email: redacted for a proposal on the Commercial Real Estate.

You can negotiate the real estate into the deal, you can do it as a separate transaction, or you can ask owner to sell the business but give you a new lease for the real estate when he retains ownership if you don't want to deal with owning
