Has anyone looked at or done deals in the water treatment/filtration space? Interested in any guidance on what to look for, key areas for diligence, as well as anything around typical valuation ranges.

Primary Market for both companies - Specialty Construction Materials Manufacturer, Canada & Specialty Chemicals Manufacturing, Romania is Potable (drinking) water and Wastewater Treatment plants, Sewers, Manholes, etc. It is a fastest growing market due to environmental issues and population growth. Governments will making large investments to "jump start" the economy after Covid downturn.

Hi Alex, I'm looking at one in Australia at the moment. It's a small deal but has good penetration within our water authorities and provides them with a range of products for water treatment, marking, mains repairs etc... I'll keep you posted as I learn more about the industry, it may be different based on location but there may be some interesting things anyway!
