Ways to Find CA Contracting License Holders

I'm a self-funded, non-license holding individual looking at home services, construction and similar opportunities. I'm running into sellers wanting an RMO plan before allowing to look under the hood. Are there recommended ways or ideas to find contracting license holders who are familiar with this space to partner up with? Would love some recommendations outside of cold outreach.
