Would anybody be able to secure financing (commercial loan or investment -debt or equity or both) for business acquisitions here in Australia? At the moment, we are purchasing a company in the transportation industry, and the total purchase price is approximately $8,000,000 USD. The total value of the assets is around $3,000,000 USD. We are also purchaisng real estate, the land, which is also valued around $3,000,000 USD. The net profit of the transportation company is around $700,000 USD while the annual turnover is around $4,500,000 USD, this can be restructured and better organized by cutting down expenses etc. We would need to secure around 75% or $6,000,000 USD of the purchase price against the assets, the land and the profit. Keep in mind that we are going to grow this company at least 10% per annum. All documents are available for due diligence.
