Our 51-member founding cohort spans seven countries, bringing over 1,100 years of combined experience and £7.5 billion in capital managed or exited. Members include partners, C-suite executives, institutional investors, and accomplished operators from leading global firms.
Investment Criteria
• Profitable, founder-led SMEs with £1–5 million EBITDA.
• Strong recurring or contract-based revenues.
• Proven, cash-flow-generative business models in resilient sectors.
• Suitable for professionalisation and governance enhancement post-acquisition.
• Sector-agnostic, with preference for B2B and deep-niche industries and strong moats.
Preferred Regions
• Primarily United Kingdom and Continental Europe, but selectively open to building relationships globally where there is strong searcher alignment and fit.
Searcher Types
• Traditional Search Fund principals.
• Self-funded or independent sponsors.
• Accelerator/Incubator-backed or institutionally supported searchers.
• Selectively: independent sponsors, roll-ups, and HoldCos.
