We keep asking same question: Best online tools for sourcing deals?

Hi, I'm relatively new to Searchfunder. One of the more popular message board topics is related to which web tools are best for sourcing deals. I know that I'd like what these sites promise, but it doesn't sound like there's much enthusiasm for them among searchers.

1) Does any searcher have good things to say about one of these services from actual experience?

Is it worth the price?

Are these things a waste of time and money? Is it best to just find deals myself?

2) I'm curious if there's a place where these services are ranked, like a Wiki or someplace like Product Hunt? If not, could we create one within Searchfunder? Or elsewhere?
Some of the services that come up frequently include:
X5deals
Interexo
Axial
Kumo
XPX
ACG
Zoominfo
Clay.com
Sourcesscrub
Grata
Udo
Inven

If you work for one of these companies, please do not comment.

Thanks for your advice,
Andy
