We wrapped up another SMBootcamp LIVE in Tampa.

This cohort (our 19th!) included 34 searchers representing 17 states and Canada. Some attendees even traveled through a Northeast blizzard to make it. Over the three days, we covered the acquisition process end-to-end and had several members of our deal team share practical perspectives from real transactions: • Jackie Hirsch (Crowne Atlantic, broker) • Bruce Marks (First Bank of the Lake, SBA lender) • Eric Pacifici (SMB Law Group, legal) • Mike Jerman & Adam Webster (Hollywell Partners, QofE) We also had alumni CEOs Brian Seeling, Jim Tormey, and Joey Rosati walk through their acquisition journeys and lessons learned as operators. One of the deals discussed during the program resulted in an LOI being submitted shortly after.
