Hi everyone, I’m excited to share that our team at SMBootcamp is launching our Wednesday Winter Webinar Series next week! This will be six sessions hosted by our founder (Sam Rosati) focused on providing searchers with core knowledge to successfully acquire a business. He’ll cover topics such as financial modeling, raising investor equity, deal flow (a topic brought up with many of our members), LOIs, offer letters, raising debt, and M&A investment strategies.
