Hi everyone, I am hiring two senior M&A roles at DealFlowAgent and thought this community would be one of the best places to ask for referrals. We are hiring a Head of M&A and a Senior M&A Advisor. DealFlowAgent is an AI-native M&A advisory firm helping owners of essential services businesses sell for higher valuations in shorter timeframes. We are backed by Long Journey VC and investors behind companies including Uber, Canva, SpaceX and 40+ unicorns. Both roles are senior, client-facing deal roles for people who can manage business owners, buyers, diligence, follow-up and the messy middle of getting transactions over the line. Head of M&A is the more senior role. This person should be capable of owning the M&A function, improving our transaction process, setting the advisory standard and eventually helping build and lead a high-performing advisory team. Senior M&A Advisor is an end-to-end dealmaker role. This person should be able to own sell-side campaigns from onboarding through to close and manage sellers and buyers directly. For both roles, candidates should ideally have managed at least 4 transactions end to end, or have been central enough to the process that they can credibly own sell-side campaigns rather than just support from the sidelines. A strong fit could come from M&A advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, business brokerage, corporate development, private equity, ETA/search, or another transaction-heavy background. For the Senior M&A Advisor role, the package includes a meaningful salary, realistic £200k to £450k on target earnings for a strong performer, commission on completed deals and equity upside. The Head of M&A package will reflect the seniority and responsibility of the role. UK-based is preferred, with London 1 to 3 days per week ideal.
