West Coast Searcher for Corp Dev Job

I ran a successful search over a decade ago.  We've grown quite a bit and recapped with a PE fund.  

We are looking at diversifying and buying other home services businesses.  (We run a regional, profitable but unsexy home service installation business.)

I'm looking for someone with a search fund type profile to help acquire and then run a division.  Economics would be better than average search fund.  Still get to be the boss but with more mentoring and established infrastructure.  Also, we have both internal (from cash flow/profitability) and external (PE partner plus bank) powder to acquire. 

Ideal candidates have some prior acquisition experience but also some gritty/industrial/non-tech background.
