I use Apollo but I also am an in person and meet you kind gal. I do go to local events and get to know business owners. Also I run a local newsletter so that can be helpful in getting conversations.

^redacted I use it for both, but the financial model is the real differentiator. On the CRM side, I just needed something straightforward without a ton of setup or configuration. ETA IQ handles that cleanly without the extra complexity I wasn’t using in HubSpot.
If you’re doing email outreach, I’d avoid running it through a CRM. I initially tried it in HubSpot, but my outbound kept getting flagged as spam. I’d use one of the many specialized email tools built specifically for deliverability (which is what I do now).
