Hi All, I recently read "Negotiate Without Fear: Strategies and Tools to Maximize Your Outcomes" by Dr Victoria Medvec", it was a great book and I can see that some searchers have clearly read and follow her strategy. I was wondering what other books, podcasts or mentors people can recommend? I also like the podcast "In the Trenches" with ^redacted‌.

Jim Collins' Good to Great was a good one; just finished Lead with Respect which was a paradigm shift in how to manage/develop employees - would recommend both!

Strong proponent of Will Smith's Acquiring Minds podcast. He interviews people who have been successful in their search. There's a good mix of traditional and self-funded searchers.
