The 'no vacation' rule. Yep, I could go wherever, whenever I wanted. But, if you're a real owner, the biz ALWAYS comes with you and ALWAYS comes first. You're customers/vendors/bank/employees couldn't care less you're taking time away with your family. Good for you. Where's my steel?
