Hi everyone! I have a long list of the hair on fire pain points during my search but I'd love to know what you all are experiencing. Whether you’re deep in the trenches or just getting started: What part of search drains you the most? Finding the deal? Analyzing CIMs? Getting ghosted by brokers? Staring at Excel models wondering if you're losing your mind? We’ve been building to make just one part of the search faster and clearer. A few hundred searchers have already been using it and finding value but we’re still learning. Still improving.
