What does a good buyer bio look like, particularly to the brokers on this forum?

I'm seeing a lot of suggestions, both here and in other spots, that one should include a buyer bio when sending along interest in potential targets. The idea is that this makes you seem more credible. Can folks share some well-made ones, or at least talk about what you saw in them that you liked? Particularly interested in hearing what brokers have to say; I have my own ideas, but I'm more interested in what recipients of these like to see.

When buyers engage us, we have them submit an NDA and Buyer Profile. The profile asks questions about experience and finances among other things. We are generally looking at industry specific experience and enough capital to buy the business and operate it through the transition. Beyond that, it's about rapport, being genuine, being proactive, getting to know the parties, etc. After thousands of buyer interactions, we have a pretty good track record for sizing up buyer. If you want to include a bio that's fine, but running a business involves people and the interaction with us and the seller tells us volumes more about who we're dealing with.

Agree with ^redacted‌. While a general bio is helpful to put a buyer into my database, if buyer is Inquiring about a specific transaction, then it is helpful to see their specific related experience (or at least indirectly related experience), financial capability (or at least their plan to obtain financing), and something that indicates to me that they are a good fit for the business.
