What guidance have you seen around MBA internship comp?

We're looking to hire a summer MBA intern and I'm trying to get a sense of what comp is expected. Starting with 10 weeks local (not remote) with option to extend. I was the only one in my class who did a search fund internship so I didn't have much to compare it to. I reckon MBAs expect higher comp than undergrad (which I have more experience with), and want to be fair. Happy to consider any one-off or range recommendations, including ancillaries (bonus, living stipend, etc.) you feel should be part of the package.

I was originally going to raise extra units to pay interns, but to my surprise, in speaking with a large number of existing searchers, very few pay their interns. I cut my number of units to account for unpaid interns, but am hoping to find a government student-hire program to account for the difference. I fundamentally disagree with unpaid internships, believing firmly that this can pose a barrier to finding and enabling great talent, and more importantly, reinforces a pay-to-play approach rather than the talent-centric spirit of search.
