For folks who have done loans that require a PG - what has been your experience with PG insurance?
- What is the maximum % of the coverage you have been able to obtain?
- What did your total default event risk come out to after acquiring the insurance?
- Do you feel the insurance is adequate to cover you in the event of default?
The PG seems to be a sticking point for a lot of searchers. No clear way to get around it.
