What is a good multiple for seedling company?

Hello Searchfunder's, What is a good valuation multiple for a seedling company for those who could be familiar with this industry? I am looking at an owner operator business, so I believe the SDE will be used to make an offer, I am just having trouble with the multiple to make an offer. Please advice.
