Hi, what's the best financial modeling template you used to assess deals? It would be great if you can share links!

Thanks ^redacted‌. I've been using ETA IQ (www.etaiq.com) to build the models and manage the deal flow via CRM. It's a pretty good model for both conventionaal and SBA. I believe the founder is active on Searchfunder as well.

my advice would be to build a template from scratch. Fine to look at others for ideas, but much better to build something so you really understand how it works and tie it to how you personally evaluate deals
