That your interviewer is doing most of the talking. Do your research before you show up, mirror them, bring energy and ask good questions. People always like you more if they talk about themselves most in a conversation. That is a good goal. If they are keen to ask targeted questions, be prepared to answer. Your resume is a reflection of your IQ, but your interview is a reflection of your EQ. Come prepared.
