What is the optimal tech stack for a damage restoration company?
I am acquiring a damage restoration business and I'm curious what the best in class products for all functions of the business. I currently own one business that runs on JobTread, and then we use Gusto and QBO on the backend, with Google Workspace, GMass, and Pipedrive as the CRM and communication setup. I really like JobTread from an operational standpoint, but I don't think that will work for restoration/remediation. Operations: PSA, Dash, Albi, others...? Back office: Xactimate, Gusto, QBO, Google/M365, others...? Helpful AI tools (aside from standard models)? Any operators in the space who can provide some insights here? And how are you implementing AI? I've looked into Rebuild which seems like a good product, but I'm curious if there are others out there.
