Thanks for the mention ^redacted‌. ^redacted‌ great question - I'm biased but I'd recommend checking out Diffbot's intelligence tools. We provide a one of a kind Knowledge Graph, built from billions of public web pages we aggregate, accessible via API, integrations (Excel, Google Sheets, etc) or web app (LeadGraph). We likewise have an LLM we've built leveraging our data. We have FS firms partnering with us to get structured, up-to-date data on companies, people, and news from them, with rich entity linking and context -- having a wider, external data view helps provide more clarity and verification for investment research. We help with due diligence, market mapping, and competitive intelligence use cases. Happy to chat and share more details, feel free to reach out anytime.

I lean heavily on this site once I find a CIM that is worth digging into. I start with reviewing comps in the Deal Stats page to understand the multiples, read about the industry in the IBIS world report and then go through previous posts to hopefully find people in the industry that I can meet with. I have also added a step of having AI pull market data, review their website if they have one, identify competitors in the area and find public companies that are in the industry so I can review their quarterly financials.
