What x are addiction residential rehab treatment facilities trading at?

Has anyone done / been around a deal in addiction residential rehab treatment space? 90% Medicaid, 200 beds, Sub 1M EBITDA, strong growth story (new facility opened earlier in the year that is at 60-65% occupancy) recently and can share what multiple to EBITDA its trading at these days? if you need more info, please DM.
