Brokers not responding - not just to questions / requests, but to the LOI, IOI, offers. Gatekeeping sellers from offers (for instance, a buyer was only comfortable with buyers in his geo area, and I offered to come up and create a transition plan - broker just said he doesn't think it would work, but wouldn't pass the offer to the seller). I've scheduled multiple calls through brokers' calendly - and they didn't show up , didn't reschedule, didn't say antyhing.

Brokers vet us and we should vet them. There are a few brokers that I won't work with anymore.
